Well done on completing the run! I did the run with my parents raising over £1500 for The Haematology Research fund. I found it really tough but did it!

Ha! O2 rang me up to followup my complaints from November and to see if I was satisfied with my Broadband now. I told them "yes, because I no longer use you". Had a right laugh.

Totally agree.. Poor dad doesn't quite understand all the crap and neither do I sometimes so I can see why it's so frustrating for him and many others alike. It's about time the developers made a less complicated site..Less is more!!!!!

Great post! I find that drinking plenty of water every day helps to keep hunger down and I have an easier time later in the afternoon when I do my cardio.
